1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

bigbuny reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bigbuny platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

• bigbuny uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on bigbuny's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

• Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or software bugs — will be voided. bigbuny will not be liable for losses arising from such errors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigbuny platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the bigbuny platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bigbuny staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the bigbuny platform without prior written authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bigbuny platform — including but not limited to the bigbuny name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bigbuny or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bigbuny platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bigbuny content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigbuny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bigbuny's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bigbuny account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bigbuny does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data

Upon termination for cause, bigbuny reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any other funds associated with the account. Any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your bigbuny account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
